Build Season Week 2 Update

[metaslider id=6612 cssclass=””]

Week two of build season has been eventful and productive. The build team has finalized our design for the shooter portion of our robot to score in this year’s game. All of our shooter prototypes have been extremely successful, but our latest iteration has really dialed in the accuracy and consistency! The programming team has been developing a new app for scouting and an intake program for the shooter. The field build team has begun to construct field elements for us to practice on once the robot is complete.

On January 16th, our team participated in Lincoln Park Middle School’s second quarter family night. We had a great time demonstrating our robot and playing games with the students. The business side of our team has been deeply involved with the community by reaching out to a multitude of organizations for support and filling out grants.

We are very excited to be in the 2020 build season! In order to keep up with our progress, make sure to check out our social media sites and stay tuned for the following weekly updates.
