Denfeld Nation Automation (DNA) Update for Week Four

Greetings Sponsors,

During DNA’s fourth week of build season many goals were reached. The Robot Build sub-team lowered the robot arm to test a different manipulator design, in addition to that the build sub-team worked with the CAD sub-team to create a robot wrist on the end of the arm. The Programming sub-team worked on an anti push system for a single motor that could be used to control the manipulator which could offer some advantages in the game. The Electrical sub-team cleaned up the electrical board to make it as efficient as possible. The Business sub-team is working with the parents of the DNA robotics team to set up their silent auction, which is on Friday, April 28th. Fox 21 news came in on Saturday to do a story on the DNA robotics team to see all of the hard work put in by the students. If you want to see DNA’s news segment, tune in to Fox 21 news at 9 pm tonight (Saturday) or on Monday at 5:30 pm.

We are very excited to continue the 2023 build season! In order to keep up with our progress, make sure to check out our social media sites.
