Denfeld Nation Automation (DNA) Update for Week Two

Greetings Sponsors,

During DNA’s second week of build season, many important tasks were accomplished. The robot build sub-team put together the robot frame, drive train, and worked with the CAD sub-team to finish making a manipulator in CAD and was able to complete a working prototype. The electrical subteam has planned out the electrical board as well as getting the robot ready for drive practice. The field build sub-team finished the cube node and started on the charging station which is a very intricate part to make sure the robot is able to complete the tasks at hand. The programming sub-team started the GitHub page for their robot and worked on specific code for the drive train system as well as the manipulator. The business sub-team has been working hard on this year’s Woodie Flowers award nomination which honors an individual who motivates and also challenges the students on the team.

We are very excited to continue the 2023 build season! In order to keep up with our progress, make sure to check out our social media sites.
