Build Season Week 1 Update

[metaslider id=6561 cssclass=””]

In the first week of build season, our team has been busy designing the robot for this year’s challenge, INFINITE RECHARGE Powered by Star Wars.

Our build subteam has been working hard to prototype the shooter, electrical boards, and the control board manipulator necessary to be successful in this year’s game. They have also finally  finished welding our new bolt cart! The Computer Aided Design (CAD) subteam has been working hard to get the design concept for our robot in Solidworks. Our programming team is beginning to get acquainted with new equipment and code libraries as well as learning how to program a field oriented turret. The business team has been busy updating social media for the new season, fundraising and writing awards for this year’s competition. We are excited to see our ideas for the robot beginning to take shape!

We are very excited to be in the 2020 build season! In order to keep up with our progress, make sure to check out our social media sites and stay tuned for the following weekly updates.
