Denfeld Nation Automation (DNA) Update for Week Six

Greetings Sponsors,

As the time before comp diminishes, DNA ramped up preparation for our first scrimmage and competition. The Robot Build sub-team mounted a distance sensor to the robot which allows it to align with the loading station. The Programming sub-team made an auto lineup for the loading station and placements of cones and cubes. The Electrical sub-team redid the wiring on the robot making it safer and more efficient. The Business sub-team worked on scouting and continued working with the parents on the silent auction. A few of DNA’s captains also had the opportunity to be on the Ripsaw robotics podcast which can be found on Spotify as Rambling with Ripsaw. The Graphic Arts sub-team has sent out 2023 competition shirts to be printed and have files ready to be printed for robot sponsor stickers.

Yesterday on February 19th DNA participated in the ICC week zero scrimmage. At ICC  they tested their robot, helped other teams with their problems, and gained practice for the upcoming competition.

DNA’s robot reveal will be in the Denfeld commons on February 28th at 6pm! We are very excited to jump into the 2023 competition season! In order to keep up with our progress, make sure to check out our social media sites!
